HomeMy WebLinkAbout961176WHEREAS, a certain mortgage was executed by Chase Haderlie and Candice Haderlie, husband and wife, to First Horizon Home Loans, a Division of First Tennessee Bank, N.A., dated June 14, 2007, and recorded in the County Clerk's Office, Lincoln County, Wyoming, on June 18, 2007, in Book 662 at Page 328, as Receiving No. 930427, and which mortgage was assigned to Wyoming Community Development Authority on June 14, 2007, and the Assignment was recorded in the County Clerk's Office, Lincoln County, Wyoming, on June 18, 2007, in Book 662 at Page 348, as Receiving No. 930428. The said Mortgage was foreclosed under Sections 34 -4 -101 through 34 -4- 113, Wyoming Statutes, Annotated (2011), after advertisement as required in the statutes, and the property was sold for the sum of Seventy -Seven Thousand Three Hundred Forty Dollars and 00 /100 ($77,340.00) to Wyoming Community Development Authority, it being the highest bidder. The property was sold at 10:00 a.m. on May 17, 2011, in Kemmerer, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Pursuant to Wyo. Stat. Ann. 34 -4 -108 (2011), Wyoming Community Development Authority, as Mortgagee, purchased the property foreclosed upon for the amount of Seventy -Seven Thousand Three Hundred Forty Dollars and 00 /100 ($77,340.00); and WHEREAS, Wyoming Community Development Authority was issued a Certificate of Sale and as holder of the Certificate of Sale is now entitled to a conveyance thereof according to the law. NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of Seventy -Seven Thousand Three Hundred Forty Dollars and 00/100 ($77,340.00) paid by the said holder, hereby conveys to Wyoming Community Development Authority and its assignees the following described real estate located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to have and to hold the described premises and all appurtenances to the said Wyoming Community Development Authority and its assignees forever: Unit 301 of Building 300, STATELINE CONDOMINIUMS, as shown on the official plat thereof filed on September 12, 2006, as Document No. 922381, as Plat No. 362 -A, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, also being a part of Lot 3, STATELINE ESTATES, as shown on the official plat thereof filed on November 17, 2005, as Document No. 913797, as Plat No. 293 -E, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and further defined and described in that certain Declaration of Covenants, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Stateline Condominiums located in Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, created by Document No. 922380, in Book 633, at Page 513 or set forth in the related bylaws in any instrument creating the estate or interest insured by this policy; and in any other allied instrument referred to in any of the instruments aforesaid.
