WHEREAS, the Third Judicial District Court of Lincoln County, Wyoming, has heretofore
and on the 12 day of September, 2011, duly entered an order authorizing and directing Krista Lyn
Fish and Emily Ackermann as Co- Personal Representative of the Estate of Rick Juain Jacobsen,
deceased to execute and deliver a deed as to certain real estate, as hereinafter described, upon the
performance of certain conditions by Grantee; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent set forth and referred to in said order of Court have now
been fully complied with by Grantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, Kri sta Lyn Fish and Emily Ackermann as Co- Personal Representatives
of the Estate of Rick Juain Jacobsen, deceased, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ten
dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof being hereby
acknowledged, does by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto David Johnstone and
Erika Johnstone, husband and wife, Grantee, all of said estate's right, title and interest in and to the
following described real estate, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to -wit:
An undivided fifty (50 percent interest in the following land situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows:
Lot 6 of the Royal Meadows Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as
described on the official plat filed August 14, 2003 as Instrument No. 892477
of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent
and to easements and rights -of -way of record or in use.
TOGETHER with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has executed this Court Officer's Deed this
day of September, 2011.
