Heiner and Julie Heiner, whose address is 2752 County Road 122, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, hereby give notice and the desire to Vacate Heiner FX Lot 2, Heiner FX Lot 3, and Heiner FX Lot 4, of Morris Heiner Family Exempt Subdivision, as delineated on the Plat recorded with Receiving No. 908485, Map No. 321 -C, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming. The undersigned Affiants, being duly sworn according to law, do hereby make the following statements of fact and affirm: 1. That Robert L. Heiner and Julie Heiner are the current owners and proprietors of said Heiner FX Lot 2, Heiner FX Lot 3, Heiner FX Lot 4. 2. That Robert L. Heiner and Julie Heiner are the current owners and proprietors of the adjoining property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Receiving No. 955804, in Book 754, on Page 817, with said Office. 3. That after Vacation, the land previously described as Heiner FX Lot 2, Heiner FX Lot 3, and Heiner FX Lot 4, shall revert back to being included in property, as referred to in said Deed record with Receiving No.955804 in Book 754, on Page 817, with said Office. 4. That after Vacation there will be no adverse affect to Heiner FX Lot 1, Thayne Bedford County Road 12 -122, or the surrounding properties. The Affiants hereby Vacate Heiner FX Lot 2, Heiner FX Lot 3, and Heiner FX Lot 4, and respectively request the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming make the appropriate annotation on the Plat recorded with Receiving No. 908485, on Map No. 321 -C, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, to reflect the Vacation of Heiner FX Lot 2, Heiner FX Lot 3, and Heiner FX Lot 4.
