KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Wade H. Patterson and Debra W.
Patterson, as tenants in common, Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to Patterson Premier Properties, LLLP, a Georgia limited
liability limited partnership, Grantee, whose address is 345 Arroyo Drive, Roswell, Georgia,
30075, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State,
to -wit:
Lot 64 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 22, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other things thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations and restrictions now of
record or otherwise affecting said lands.
