acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS TO C. Dennis Walton and
Carolyn Walton, husband and wife, grantees, as tenants by the
entireties, the following described real estate, situated in
Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State,
to wit:
