other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Byron Shane Taylor and Carrie
Taylor, husband and wife, and James Preston Taylor and Tonya Kay Taylor,
husband and wife, of PO Box 621, Thayne, WY 83127, GRANTEES, the
following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
A portion of the Northeast 1/4 Northeast 1/4, Section 13, Township 34 North,
Range 119 West, 6 P.M., Wyoming described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast Corner of the Northeast 1/4 Northeast 1/4, thence
West 946.9565 feet, thence North 460 feet, thence East 946.9565 feet, thence South
460 feet to the Point of Beginning
Subject to easements, rights -of -way, reservations, restrictions and encroachments
of record or otherwise affecting said Premises.
