DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION as Mortgagor(s) to THE JACKSON STATE BANK as
Mortgagee, Dated, October 26, 1999 and recorded in the Office of the County Clerk of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on November 01, 1999, in Book 437, at Page P.R. /610, thereof and
for the sum of $122,50 is hereby cancelled and discharged. This Partial Release of
Mortgage does not represent full payment of the debt, it is however releasing any claim
Mortgagor has to the collateral described below.
