DOROTHY KALAN LIVING TRUST, and any amendments thereto, dated May 8, 1996, Grantee,
whose address is 1427 5 West Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, for and in consideration of
the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to GARY LEE KALAN, Trustee under
the Gary Lee Kalan Revocable Trust, dated June 24, 2011; DAVID A. KALAN, Trustee under the
David A. Kalan Revocable Trust, dated May 30, 2000; and DANIEL J. KALAN, as tenants in
common, Grantees, all interest presently owned or hereafter acquired in and to the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lots Numbered Seventy -Two (72), Seventy -Three (73), Seventy -Four (74), Seventy
Five (75), and Seventy -Six (76) all in Unit C -2, Commissary Ranch Subdivision as
said Lots are laid down and descried on the Official Plat of said Commissary Ranch
Subdivision, Duly recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all improvements
thereon, and easements, appurtenances and incidents belonging or appertaining
thereto, or used in connection therewith.
