That certain mortgage dated June 26, 2007 and recorded June 27, 2007 in Book 663PR, Page 743 in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming wherein Billy D. Peterson executed the same as Mortgagor to 1s` Bank Afton in the original principal amount of $60,901.60. 2. The purchaser was the highest bidder for the property at the sale and the price for which the property was sold was the highest price bid therefore. 7.
