I further certify that due and proper notice of the sale was published as required by law, as shown on the Affidavit of Publication attached hereto as Exhibit B. CERTIFICATE OF PURCHASE PAGE 1 OF 2 I further certify that a copy of said notice of the sale was served upon the mortgagor, the record owner and person in possession, and to their counsel of record by certified mail, return receipt requested, mailed to their last known addresses of record, as required by law, as shown by the documentation attached hereto as Exhibit C.
