WHEREAS, Rosalie E. Best was the Settlor of the Rosalie E. Best Family Trust dated
October 5, 1992 (the "Trust
WHEREAS, Keith Alan Best and Kenneth Gregory Best, jointly are designated as Co-
Trustees of the Trust;
WHEREAS, the Trust Agreement is recorded in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office,
Kemmerer, Wyoming in Book 319PR, Page 616 as Document No. 756643 on November 2, 1992
(the "Trust Agreement
WHEREAS, the Trust is owner of the following described real estate in Lincoln County,
Wyoming as indicated on that Quitclaim Deed recorded in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office,
Kemmerer, Wyoming in Book 319PR, Page 615 as Document No. 756642 on November 2, 1992
to -wit:
Lot No. 97, Star Valley Ranch, Plat No. 7 as platted and recorded in the Lincoln
County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming. (hereinafter the "Property
WHEREAS, Rosalie E. Best died in Lincoln County, Wyoming on April 5, 2011 as
indicated on the attached Certificate of Death;

WHEREAS, according to Paragraph 4 of the Trust Agreement, upon the death of the
Sett lor, Keith Alan Best and Kenneth Gregory Best (jointly referred to as `Beneficiaries are
each entitled to a 1 /2 interest in the Trust assets;
WHEREAS, the Beneficiaries have reached an agreement regarding the distribution of
the Trust and wish to distribute the Property to Kenneth G. Best and Sally J. Best, Trustees, or
their successors in Trust, of the Kenneth G. Best Revocable Living Trust dated 12/28/1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, Keith Alan Best and Kenneth Gregory Best, Co- Trustees of the
Rosalie E. Best Family Trust dated October 5, 1992, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantor, for
and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10) and other valuable consideration to the Trust
in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant,
bargain, sell, and convey the Property unto Kenneth G. Best and Sally J. Best, Trustees, or their
successors in Trust, of the Kenneth G. Best Revocable Living Trust dated 12/28/1994
Grantees, whose address is 16573 Baxter Forest Ridge Drive, Chesterfield, MO 63005.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has hereunto signed effective this day
of September, 2011.
