Best and Sally J. Best, Trustees, or their successors in Trust, of the Kenneth G. Best Revocable Living Trust dated 12/28/1994. NOW, THEREFORE, Keith Alan Best and Kenneth Gregory Best, Co- Trustees of the Rosalie E. Best Family Trust dated October 5, 1992, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10) and other valuable consideration to the Trust in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, and convey the Property unto Kenneth G. Best and Sally J. Best, Trustees, or their successors in Trust, of the Kenneth G.
