PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
Know all men, that First International Bank Trust here by certified that a certain
Mortgage executed by WJW Holdings, LLLP, a North Dakota limited liability
partnership, to First International Bank Trust recorded September 10, 2010, as
instrument no. 955435, Book 753 page 511 records of Lincoln County, WY, together
with the debt thereby secured as been PARTIALLY PAID AND SATISFIED and that the
following real property is released from the effects of said mortgage:
Lot 119, of ALPINE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 1, PLAT 2 AMENDED 20 FILING, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, as shown on the official plat thereof filed September 13, 2011, as
Receiving No. 960966, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, as Plat No.
960966.
All other real property no herein, or previously released shall remain as collateral
securing debt.
On October 3, 2011, personally appeared before me Dennis L. Schock, who being duly
sworn did say that he is the Senior Vice President of First International Bank Trust,
and that the within forgoing instrument was signed on behalf of said corporation by an
authority of a resolution of its board of directors or its by -laws and who duly
acknowledged to me that said corporation executed the same.
