HomeMy WebLinkAbout961410EXHIBIT 1 MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT OF RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL TO PURCHASE 000485 HEREBY TAKE NOTICE that under a Lease Agreement effective June 1, 2011, between SOUTH HAMS FORK RANCHES, INC., of P.O. Box 33, Opal, WY 83124 as Grantor and GEORGE COLLINS and BETTY COLLINS, husband and wife, of P.O. Box 511, Kemmerer, WY 83101 as Grantee, the Grantor does hereby grant to the Grantee a right of first refusal to purchase real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as follows: Winslow Unit 3,734.2 Acres T2ON, R112W Section 18: All T2ON, R113 W Section 3: All Section 11: PTNW4, SSW4,S2SE4 Section 13: All Section 15: All Section 23: All Said right of first refusal to purchase all or any portion of the above described real property shall be in the event that Grantor shall receive a bona fide offer to purchase all or any portion of the demised premises during the term of said lease, and the offer to purchase shall be satisfactory to Grantor, Grantor shall give Grantee the privilege of purchasing said property at the price and on the terms of the offer so made. Notice of said right of first refusal shall be given by sending notice to Grantee according to terms and conditions contained in said lease. This right of first refusal shall terminate upon the termination of the Lease Agreement concerning the property referred to above. There are many other covenants in the original Lease Agreement. Each party has a copy of said lease.
