1. That she makes this affidavit as her recorded statement, duly verified, pursuant to
the provisions of W.S. 34 -2 -123 and in connection with the following described real property
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Lot 12, Riverview Ranchettes, a recorded subdivision, according to that plat filed
in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
That the names of the grantees in that certain Quitclaim Deed dated January 24,
1995, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on May 1, 1995, in
Book 367 PR, page 668, conveying the above described real property is hereby
stated to be as follows: Ross W. Merica and Terry L. Merica, Trustees of the
Ross W. Merica and Terry L. Merica Revocable Trust dated January 24, 1995.
Parcel 2 West Hills Land
NE1 /4NW1/4 of Section 28 and SE1 /4SW1 /4 of Section 21, all in T32N, R119W of
the 6th P.M., excepting therefrom the following described portion thereof that has
heretofore been reserved for private driveway to -wit: Beginning at the NE corner of
the SE1 /4SW1 /4 of said Section 21, and running thence West 80 rods; thence South
10 rods; thence East 80 rods; thence North 10 rods to the place of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the land more particularly described on Exhibit A
attached and TOGETHER WITH those easements described on said Exhibit A.
That the names of the grantees in that certain Quitclaim Deed dated January 24,
1995, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on May 1, 1995, in

Wyoming, according to the official plat recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
That the names of the grantees in that certain Special Warranty Deed dated
September 8, 2005, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on
September 14, 2005, in Book 597, page 683, conveying the above described
real property is hereby stated to be as follows: Ross W. Merica and Terry L.
Merica, Trustees of the Ross W. Merica and Terry L. Merica Revocable Trust
dated January 24, 1995.
Parcel 4 Thayne Village Center
Thayne Village Center Lot H, being a portion of the NW1 /4SE1/4 of Section 23,
T34N, R119W, 6th P.M., located in the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the South line of Dana Street, said point being 562.29 feet
East and 40 feet South from a B.L.M. type Monument found marking Koon, King and
Knowlton's location for the Center Quarter corner of said Section 23; thence East
along said South line of Dana Street, 99.81 feet; thence South 221.92 feet; thence
West 98.08 feet; thence N0 °26'50 "W 221.93 feet to the Point of Beginning,
containing 0.504 acres of land.
That the names of the grantees in that certain Warranty Deed dated July 15,
1997, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on July 28, 1997, in
Book 399 PR, page 851, conveying the above described real property is hereby
stated to be as follows: Ross W. Merica and Terry L. Merica, Trustees of the
Ross W. Merica and Terry L. Merica Revocable Trust dated January 24, 1995.
2. That her name and address are Terry L. Merica, PO Box 501, Thayne, WY 83127.

3. That she is the surviving spouse of Ross W. Merica and a beneficiary of the trust
referred to, that Ross W. Merica became deceased on January 4, 2011, that upon the death of
Ross W. Merica she became the sole trustee of the Ross W. Merica and Terry L. Merica
Revocable Trust dated January 24, 1995.
4. That as of January 4, 2011, the date of death of Ross W. Merica, Terry L. Merica
became the sole Trustee of the Ross W. Merica and Terry L. Merica Revocable Trust dated
January 24, 1995, including its ownership of the real property described above, and that she is
currently lawfully serving in that capacity.
5. That she hereby verifies that the information contained in this statement is true and
correct according to her information and belief.

Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of the SE1 /4NW1 /4 of said Section 28;
thence S89 °13'40 "W along the North line of said SE1 /4NW1 /4, 1,316.52 feet to the
Southeast corner of the NW 1 /4NW 1/4 of said Section 28;
thence N0 °00'58 "W, along the East line of said NW 1 /4NW 1/4 1,156.77 feet;
