Robert L. Heiner and Julie Heiner, husband and wife, of Thayne, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, grantors, for the consideration of TEN AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable considerations, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to Evan Glenn Heiner and Leslie C. Heiner,
Trustees of the Heiner Family Living Trust dated May 4, 2009, grantees, of 2714 Lincoln County
Road 12 -122, Thayne, WY 83127, all interest in the following described real estate, situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
The Heiner property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Receiving No. 946952,
in Book 722, on Page 199, being described as follows: "Beginning at a point 80 rods
N. of the SE corner of Section 19 in T43N, R118W, 6 P.M., Wyoming and running
thence South 9 rods, thence West 9 rods, thence North 9 rods, thence East 9 rods
to the point of beginning and a portion of the Heiner property, as referred to in the
Deed recorded with Receiving No. 955804, in Book 754, on Page 817, all with the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the SE1 /4SE1/4 of Section
19, T34N, R118W, of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary and
Encumbrances being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Lloyd B. Baker PE /LS 698, 1997 location for the Northwest
Corner of said SW1 /4SW1/4, of Section 20, of said T34N, R118W;
thence S0 °07'35 "W, along the West line of said SW1 /4SW1/4, of said Section 20,
162.12 feet;
thence N89 °59'43 "W, parallel with the South line of the NE1 /4SE1/4, of said Section
19, 158.26 feet;
thence N0 °07'35 "E, parallel with said West line of said SW1 /4SW1/4, of said Section
20, 162.12 feet to a Point in said South line, of said NE1 /4SE1/4, of said Section 19;
thence S89 °59'43 "E, along said South line, of said NE1 /4SE1/4, of said Section 19,
158.26 feet, to the Point of Beginning, Encompassing
0.59± Acres of land.
SUBJECT TO: a 30 Feet wide Right -of -Way Easement for Bedford Turnerville
County Road No. 12 -123 along the East Line of the above described Property, as
referred to in the Right -of -Way Easements recorded with Document No. 547514, in
Book 169PR, on Page
518, and with Document No. 548530, in Book 170PR, on Page 244, all with said
Office.
