For value received, Mortgagor and Lender agree to modify the original Security Instrument. Mortgagor and Lender agree that this Modification continues the effectiveness of the original Security Instrument. The Security Instrument was given to secure the original debts and obligations (whether identified as Secured Debts, Sums Secured, or otherwise) that now have been modified. Together with this Modification, the Security Instrument now secures the following debts and all extensions, renewals, refinancings, modifications and replacements. (Include items such as borrower's name, note or contract amounts, interest rates (whether variable), maturity dates, etc.) THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THE UNPAID BALANCE SHALL BEAR INTEREST AT A RATE 5 YEAR FHLB RATE 3.25% VARAIBLE UNTIL OCTOBER 11, 2016. THE RATE WILL ADJUST EVERY 5TH YEAR BEGINING OCTOBER 11, 2015 TO 3.25% ABOVE THE ADVANCE RATE FOR FIVE (5) YEAR FIXED RATED ADVANCES FROM THE FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF DES MOINES, IOWA AS OF THE 10TH OF EACH CALANDAR MONTH. DURING THE TERM OF THIS LOAN THE RATE WILL NOT BE LESS THAN 6 FROM THAT STATED ABOVE, SAID BALANCE AND INTEREST ARE PAYABLE AS FOLLOWS: 152 MONTHLY PAYMENTS OF $3,963.98 BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, 2011 AND 1 PAYMENT OF $2,591.37 ON JULY 1, 2024 IF NOT SOONER PAID MAXIMUM OBLIGATION LIMIT. CONTINUATION OF TERMS. Except as specifically amended in this Modification, all terms of the Security Instrument remain in effect.
