QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Scott E. Griffith of Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, grantor, in consideration of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto
Sharolyn S. Griffith of P.O. Box 1007, Afton, WY 83110, grantee, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand, including with limitation, assigning any and all interest as
buyer in that certain Real Estate Sales Agreement dated November 5, 2009, for which a Real
Estate Contract was recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on November 9, 2009, in
Book 735, page 432, as he has or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises,
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Part of Lot 2 of Block 23 of the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is 102 feet East from the Northwest corner of said Lot
2 and running thence East 5 rods;
thence South 10 rods;
thence West 5 rods;
thence North 10 rods to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
