GAYLE HUFSTETLER, now known as Gayle Powell, a married woman, as her sole
and separate property, Grantor, for and in consideration of Ten and No /100 Dollars
($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to
GAYLE POWELL, a married woman, as her sole and separate property, Grantee, of
1652 Hilltop Road, Soda Springs, Idaho, 83276, the following described real estate,
situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Lot Fifty -Seven (57) in Star Valley Ranch Plat Thirteen (13) as platted and
recorded in the official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all
improvements located thereon.
SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights of way of
sight or records.
