I, Shane Johnson, duly elected and acting Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
have granted and sold and do hereby convey to Michael J. Martin and Jennifer A.
Martin, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under the Michael J. Martin and
Jennifer A. Martin Living Trust dated June 1, 2010, and any amendments thereto,
in consideration of the sum paid as high bidders at a mortgage foreclosure sale
held on May 3, 2007, at Kemmerer, Wyoming, of that certain mortgage recorded
at Reception No. 918902 in Book 621 at Page 586 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk, with the United States of America, acting through Rural Housing
Service, United States Department of Agriculture as mortgagee and Wendy W.
Terral and Carla M. Sayers as mortgagors, as evidenced by a Certificate of Sale
recorded in Book 766 on Page 461 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk,
and with the expiration of three (3) months and thirty (30) days from the date of
said sale, without the property being redeemed as provided by law, the following
described property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to have and hold
forever, to wit:
Lot 1, Riverview Townhomes Addition to the Town of Alpine, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, according to that plat filed October 4, 1995 in the Office of the County
Clerk as Plat No. 246 -G, Instrument No. 809294
