COUNTY OF LINCOLN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, M. Shane Johnson, being duly sworn
and of legal age certify that I am Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and further:
1. That on the 7 day of December 2010, commencing at or about 10:00 o'clock
a.m. I conducted a public sale upon foreclosure by advertisement and sale, on the steps
of the Lincoln County Courthouse in Kemmerer, Wyoming, of the following described
real property:
Lot 71., Unit C -2, Commissary Ranch Subdivision in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming
2. That on the 7 day of December 2010, I issued a Certificate of Purchase to C.
G. Bennett, Inc., for the above described property, held in the name of Andrew Hodge
previous to the foreclosure sale on December 7, 2010.
3. That the period of redemption provided for in Wyoming Statute 1 -18 -103 has
expired without the property being redeemed and that C.G. Bennett, Inc., the purchaser
herein, is therefore entitled to the Deed to such property.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS DEED, that I, M. Shane
Johnson, Sheriff of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the
premises, have granted and sold and do hereby convey to C.G. Bennett, Inc., its
successors and assigns, the following described real property:
Lot 71, Unit C -2, Commissary Ranch Subdivision in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming
to have and to hold the described premises with all appurtenances to C.G. Bennett, Inc.,
of P. O. Box 926, Borger, Texas its successors and assigns forever.
