Stephen L. Bressler, individually, and as attorney -in -fact for Robert E.
Bressler, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Fagerquist
Family Trust, dated August 22, 2007, Larry Kent Fagerquist and Mary
Ann Fagerquist, Trustees, of 1015 E. Queen Valley Drive, Queen Valley,
AZ 85118, GRANTEES, the following described real estate, situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 431 in Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 1, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
Subject to reservations, restrictions, easements and right -of -ways of record,
of sight or in use.
