DECREE ESTABLISHING TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY
THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon the Petition of Petitioner Tory T.
Johnson, with his counsel, M. Kevin Voyles, of LUTHI VOYLES, LLC, for Summary Probate
of Real Property in the Estate of Petitioner's mother, Naomi G. Johnson, filed pursuant to
Wyoming Statutes 2 -1 -205,.
Notice of the Petition was published as required by Wyoming Statutes 2- 1- 205(c) for
two consecutive weeks. An Affidavit of Publication providing proof of that publication has been

The record shows that no one made timely objection to the distribution of the real
property that was requested in Petitioner's Petition. Accordingly, the hearing scheduled in this
matter was not held.
The Court finds that Petitioner is entitled pursuant to Wyoming Statutes 2 -1 -205 to the
distribution of real property that was requested in her Petition.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED:
1. That title to the real property described below is hereafter vested as follows:
Tory T. Johnson, a married man, as his sole property.
2. That the real property, in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to which this Decree applies
is described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of Lot No. 2 in Block No. 9 of the Town of
Auburn, Wyoming, and running thence East 20 rods, thence South 16 rods, thence West
20 rods, thence North 16 rods to the place of beginning, containing 2 acres, more or less.
Including and together with all and singular appurtenances, and improvements thereon or
thereunto belonging, but subject to taxes, assessments, covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations, encroachments, rights -of -way, and easements of sight and /or of record.
