goseph T. McInnis, Personal Representative of the Estate of Gulie
Christine McInnis, deceased (herein referred to as *'Personal
Representative"), and Bradly ~. McInnis and Travis W. McInnis, of
217 Bodine, Evanston, Wyoming 82930 (herein referred to as
~Grantees" );
WHEREAS, on the 1st day of November, 2000, the Personal
Representative herein filed his Final Report, Accounting and
Petition for Distribution; and
WHEREAS, on the 6~h day of November, 2000, the Third Judicial
District Court, County of Uinta, State of Wyoming, entered its
Order Approving Final Report and Accounting, and Decree of
Distribution, directing a conveyance of the decedent's undivided
one-twentieth (1/20) mineral interest in certain real property
located in Lincoln and Sublette Counties, Wyoming, to be executed
to the said Grantees, in equal undivided one-half (1/2) interests
each, a copy of which Order has been recorded in' the Office of the
County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, and the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register
of Deeds of Sublette County, Wyoming, and which Order is now on
file and of record in the said Court, and which Order is 'hereby
referred to and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Personal Representative'i .pursuant to the
Order Approving Final Report and Accounting, and Decree of
Distribution hereby conv~ys to Grantees, as tenants in common, all
the right, tit~e and interest of the Estate of said Julie Christine
McInnis, deceased, in and to all oil, gas, casing head gas, and all
associated hydrocarbons in and under, and that may be produced from
that certain real property, located in the Counties of Lincoln and
Sublette, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
See attached Exhibit "A".
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all the above-granted property, and every
part thereof, to Grantees forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Personal Representative has executed
this Deed the day and year first above written.
