CONVEYANCE
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS that James H. Clement, a single man,
GRANTOR, for nominal but adequate consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby
warrants, conveys and transfers unto James H. Clement as Trustee of the James H. Clement Family
Trust established u /t /a dated October 20, 2011, as amended from time to time thereafter, and his
successors in trust, whose address is P.O. Box 363, LaBarge, Wyoming 83123, GRANTEE, the following
described real properties situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
The real properties located in Lincoln County, Wyoming described in Exhibit A
attached hereto and made a part hereof,
including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances
and improvements or thereunto belonging and any rights of grantors to minerals thereunder,
but subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements, rights -of -way and
other encumbrances of sight and /or record,
hereby waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, for
purposes of this conveyance.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument has been duly executed and delivered effective as of the
20 day of October, 2011..

the incorporated limits of the Town of LaBarge, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of land of
record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in
Book 253 of Photostatic Records on Page 51 bounded and
described as follows:

On the North by the North line of that tract of
record in said Book 253; on the Southwest by the thread
of channel of Birch Creek; on the Southeast by the right
bank meander line of the Green River; and may be
secondarily described as follows: Beginning at an
intersection of the North line of said Tract described in
Book 253 with the right bank meander line of said Green
River; thence N 89 W, 50 feet, more or less, along
said. North line to a 5/8 inch steel reinforcing rod with
a 11/2 inch aluminum cap inscribed, "PWR LS560 POL': thence
continuing N 89 55'32" W, 63 feet, more or less, along
said North line to an intersection with the thread of
channel of Birch Creek; thence Southeasterly, 170 feet,
more or less, along said thread of channel to an
intersection with said meander line; thence
Northeasterly, 80 feet, more or less, along said meander
line to the intersection of Beginning. TOGETHER with the
riparian rights in the Green River appurtenant to the
foregoing described tract; ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.10
