Mike Suter and Kristy Suter, grantors of County of Lincoln State of Wyoming
hereby acknowledge, CONVEY (S) AND WARRANT (S) to SILVER STAR
TELEPHONE COMPANY, INC., grantee of Freedom, Wyoming, an easement for the
benefit of the Grantee on the following described real estate situate in the County of
Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the following
conditions:
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right -of-
Way for telecommunications lines and construct, operate, repair, maintain,
relocate and replace thereon underground telecommunication facilities.
The grantee may trim or remove trees or other objects that pose a threat of
damage to the utilities.
2. Description: See attached Description for Silver Star Communications
Bedford Tower Easement No.2 Prepared by Karl F. Scherbel October 6,
2011.
3. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the
parties named in this instrument.

A variable width strip of land for ingress, egress and utilities, over, under and across Lot 4
of Block 6 of the Bedford Townsite, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest point of said Lot 4, identical with the southeast point of
that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 288 of
Photostatic Records on page 473;
thence N00 03' -36 "W, 75.00 feet, along the east line of said tract in Book 288, to the
northeast point thereof;
thence N89 53' -57 "E, 7.24 feet, along a line parallel with the south line of said Lot 4, to a
point on an existing north -south fence line;
thence S00 19' -00 "E, 75.00 feet, along said fence line, to a point on the south line of said
Lot 4;
thence S89 53' -57 "W, 7.57 feet, along said south line, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the south line of the SE /4 of Section 29, T34N
R118W, being N90 00' -00 "W;
it is the intent of this description that the called -for monuments, and not the existing fence
lines, control the location of the property lines;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 11810 with appropriate
details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "PLAT OF TRACT AND EASEMENTS FOR SILVER STAR
COMMUNICATIONS PART OF LOTS 3 AND 4 BLOCK 6 BEDFORD TOWNSITE
WITHIN THE SE1 /4 SECTION 29 T34N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING
dated 30 September 2011, as revised.
