The undersigned Deborah Ann Sender is the Trustee of, the Deborah Ann Paulsen Family Trust dated August 12, 1994. 2. Under the terms of the said Trust, Deborah Ann Sender f/n/a Deborah Am~ Paulsen (under Article 6) declares that she has amended the said Trust. 3. Deborah Ann Sender f/n/a Deborah Ann Paulsen is continueing as Trustee and reserves the rights during her Trusteeship to amend, modify and alter the terms of the Trust. Successor Trustees and Beneficiaries Brandi Smith (Adult), Noel Gammer (Adult), and Jared PautSen (Adult) are restricted as Beneficiaries and Successor Trustees, after Deborah Ann Sender's Trustship from encumbering, selling or conveying their expectant interest for a period of twenty (20) years. The Trustor Deborah Aim Sender restricts further encumbrance or mortgages against the Trust properties, it being contemplated that Deborah Ann Sender f/n/a Deborah Ann Paulsen's life insurance will satisfy all debts against : the Trust Estate. The real property in the Trust Estate is more particularly described as follows: Lot 52 of Alpine Village Subdivision Plat 3, Lincoln County, Wyomin~ as amended and filed with Lincoln County Clerk's Officer, Kemmerer, Wyoming, Including all improv_ements thereon.
