Of 3488 North 2575 W, Farr West, Utah, 84404 for the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, a 6.5 acres tract of land in Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State:
This tract of land is further described and identified as tract No. 2, dated 19 October
2011 prepared by Surveyor Scherbel, LTD, a licensed surveyor in Wyoming (copy
attached and made a part of this deed).
TOGETHER with all water and ditch rights and USE of a 60 foot wide easement from
Lincoln County Road 121 to this property located on the center line of section 21 as
recorded in book 191 PR page 281 No. 58360 in Kemmerer, Wyoming.
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming on the day of October 2011, personally
appeared before me LaGrande H Merritt and Carla S. Merritt the signers of the within
instrument, who duly acknowledged to me that they executed the same.

BEGINNING at the southwest corner of said SW1/4SE1/4NW1/4;

northwest corner thereof;
