certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of June 5, 2008 made and executed by STEVEN W HOOD AND
JANET HOOD as mortgagor(s), to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS
NOMINEE FOR CAPWEST MORTGAGE CORPORATION as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
