Robert L. Heiner as Trustee of the Morris W. Heiner Family Trust dated June 23, 1998,
and Robert L. Heiner and Julie Heiner, husband and wife, of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
grantors, for and in consideration of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable
considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and QUITCLAIM
to Rusty K. Heiner and Annette Heiner, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of 2804
Lincoln County Road No. 12 -122, Thayne, WY 83127, grantees, all interest in the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
A portion of the Heiner property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Receiving
No. 955804, in Book 754, on Page 817, and the Heiner property, as referred to in
the Statement of Trust and Identity of Successor Trustee recorded with Receiving
No. 961429, in Book 774, on Page 524, all with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, within the S1/2SE1/4 of Section 19, and the W1/2NE1/4 of
Section 30, all in T34N, R118W, of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the
Boundary and Encumbrances being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of Morris Heiner Family Exempt
Subdivision, as delineated on the Plat recorded with Receiving No. 908485, Map No.
321 -C, with said Office,
said Point of Beginning being 249.10 feet N0 °07'35 "E, along the West line of the
SW1 /4 of Section 20 of said T34N, R118W, from the Paul N. Scherbel RLS 164,
1987 location for the Northeast Corner of the NE1 /4 of said Section 30;

GRANTING and RESURVING: A 60.00 Feet wide Right -of -Way Easement, being
30.00 feet either side of the Center Line being more particularly described as

of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County Wyoming,

trustee of the Morris W. Heiner Family Trust dated June 23, 1998, described in and which executed

said trustee had the authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to execute the
instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustee acknowledged said instrument to be the free act
and deed of said trust.
