Robert L. Heiner as Trustee of the Morris W. Heiner Family Trust dated June 23, 1998,
and Robert L. Heiner and Julie Heiner, husband and wife, of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
grantors, for and in consideration of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable
considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and QUITCLAIM
to Robert L. Heiner and Julie Heiner, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of 2752
Lincoln County Road No. 12 -122, Thayne, WY 83127, grantees, all interest in the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:

A portion of the Heiner property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Receiving
No. 955804, in Book 754, on Page 817, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, within the S1/2SE1/4 of Section 19, T34N, R118W, of the 6
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary and Encumbrances being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of a portion of the Heiner property, as referred
to in the Deed recorded with Receiving No. 961430, in Book 744, on Page 526, with
said Office,
said Point of Beginning being 158.26 feet N89 °59'43 "W, along the South line of the
N1/2SE1/4 of said Section 19, from the Lloyd B. Baker PE /LS 698, 1997 location for
the Southeast Corner of said N1/2SE1/4, of said Section 19;
thence S0 °07'35 "W, along the West line of last said Heiner property, parallel with
the West line of the SW1 /4 of Section 20, of said T34N, R118W, 162.12 feet to the
Southwest corner thereof;
thence S89 °59'43 "E, along the South line of last said Heiner property, parallel with
said South line of said N1/2SE1/4, of said Section 19, 158.26 feet to a Point in said
West line, of said SW1 /4, of said Section 20;
thence S0 °07'35 "W, along said West line, of said SW1 /4, of said Section 20, 238.63
feet;
thence N87 °55'01 "W 430.60 feet;
thence S0 °07'35 "W, parallel with said West line of said SW1 /4, of said Section 20,

Section 19, 2,195.03 feet to a Point in the East line of the SW1 /4, of said Section 19;

38.35± Acres of land.
SUBJECT TO: a 30 Feet wide Right -of -Way Easement for Bedford Turnerville
County Road No. 12 -123 along the East Line of the above described Property, as
referred to in the Right -of -Way Easement recorded with Document No. 547514, in
Book 169PR, on Page
518, with said Office.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: ALL Easements, Exceptions, Restrictions,
Reservations, Rights -of -Way, Improvements, including but not limited to Conditions
of sight and or record.

trustee of the Morris W. Heiner Family Trust dated June 23, 1998, described in and which executed
the foregoing instrument; that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that

said trustee had the authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to execute the
instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustee acknowledged said instrument to be the free act
and deed of said trust.
