KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Dolores M. Adelt, formerly known as
Dolores M. Myers, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($1o.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released,
conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents does remis, release and forever quitclaim to
Ivan Myers, whose address is 4570 West Winnemucca Blvd., Winnemucca, NV 89445, all right,
title and interest in the following described real property in the State of Wyoming, County of
Lincoln:
Lots 87 and 88 Commissary Ranch Subdivision, Unit C -2, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof, together with all buildings,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming.
