acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to Julie H. Aagard, a single person, of PO Box 152,
Auburn, WY 83111, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to -wit:

Wyoming, being part of those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln

BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said Section 24, found as
described in the Certified Land Corner Recordation Certificate
filed in the said Office;
thence 500 17,0'E, the base hearing for this survey, 469.89
feet along the east line of said Section 24, to a 3/8" x 12"
steel spike;
thence S87 11,4'W, 49.97 feet to a point on the west right
of -way line of U.S. Highway 89, identical with the northeast
