PARCEL 2: TOGETHER WITH a right of ingress and egress along that common access of record in the Office of
the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 150 of Photostatic Record on Page 694, and further described in those certain
right of access of record in said Office in Book 456 of Photostatic Records on Pages 134,143 and 150 and crossing
part of Section 31, Township 34 North, Range 118 West; said common access being enlarged herewith to sixty (60)
feet, thirty (30) feet each side of the centerline.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and rights
of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
