Assignment dated: March 23, 2011 Assignment recorded: April 15, 2011 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 958904 in Book 765 at Page 470 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on June 7, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $240,648.05, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on June 7, 2011 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on June 7, 2011, at Reception No. 959556 in Book 767 at Page 633.; WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated October 5, 2011 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on j v /6 ,2011 at Reception No. '6V in Book at Page cam?
