LIENS ON REAL PROPERTY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Long Reimer Winegar
Beppler, LLP, of the County of Teton and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that
apart of a certain Lien made according to the order of the District Court of the Third
Judicial District in and for the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and executed by
Dennis L. Sanderson, District Court Judge, with notice to Bret Bryson, Carrie Bryson
Bally, Pam Cooperider, Greg Frei, Jeff Frei, Dale Richardson, Laura Loraine Thompson,
Ali Woolf, and Colleen Woolf, collectively Owners of Record, to Long Reimer Winegar
Beppler, LLP, as Lien Holder, as further evidenced by the filing of a Notice of Liens on
Real Property conveying a lien against certain real estate therein mentioned as security
for the payment of Three Thousand Five Hundred and 00 /100 Dollars ($3,500.00) as
therein stated, which Notice of Liens on Real Property was recorded in the office of the
County Clerk of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 7th day of May, 2010 in
Book 746, at Page 723, as Document #953284, and which encumbered the following
described real estate in said County, to -wit:
That part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 12,
Township 33 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being
the intent to more correctly describe that tract of record in the office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 185 of Photostatic Records on Page 380,
as follows:
BEGINNING at a position on the west line of said West Half of the
Southwest Quarter, North 00°12'00" East, 1190.83 feet from the southwest
corner of said Section 12; thence continuing, North 00°12'00" East, 457.79
feet, along said west line to a point on the northwesterly bank of the Salt
River; thence North 86 °83'34" East 29.66 feet, along said bank, to a point;
thence North 70 °08'59" East, 67.85 feet, along said bank, to a point; thence
South 59 °32'48" East, 690.32 feet, to a point; thence North 86°27'12" East,
100.00 feet, to a point; thence South 03 °3T48" East, 90.00 feet to a point
under an existing fence line; thence South 86°27'12" West, 797.00 feet,
along said fence line, in part to the POSITION OF BEGINNING.
is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged by Long Reimer Winegar Beppler, LLP,
and in consideration thereof the said Lien Holder does hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said Mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged free and clear of the
portion of the lien so filed payable to Long Reimer Winegar Beppler, LLP.

This release of Attorney's Fees Lien does not in any way affect the validity of the
remaining portion of the Notice of Liens on Real Property recorded in Book 746
Page 723, by the Lincoln County Clerk on May 7, 2010 as Document #953284, for
unpaid attorneys fees due Luthi Voyles, LLC. This release is only intended to
fully and completely release only that portion of the lien for unpaid attorney's fees
filed by Long Reimer Winegar Beppler, LLP.
