REMISE, RELEASE and forever QUITCLAIM, unto Raymond E. Mullen and Ellen M.
Mullen, Trustees, The Raymond and Ellen Mullen Revocable Trust, dated July 23, 1998, as
amended, whose current address is 2419 Valley View Drive, P.O. Box 42, Soda Springs, Idaho
83276, as GRANTEE and to Grantee's successors and assigns, all of Grantors' right, title and
interest in and to the real property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly
described as follows:
Lot 18 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 13 as platted and recorded in the official records
of Lincoln, County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances there unto belonging.
In construing this deed, and where the context so requires, the singular includes the plural
and the masculine, the feminine and the neuter.
