Box 3290., Alpine, Wyoming 83128, Grantees, and their successors and assigns, real estate situated in Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming, said real property being more particularly described as follows: Lot 19 of Aspen Ridge Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as shown on the official plat thereof filed April 28, 2004, as Receiving No. 898828in the Office of the County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as Plat No. 237 -B. Subject to all reservations and restrictions in the United States Patent and to easements, and rights -of -way of record or in use. WITNESS our hands this lath day of November, 2011.
