BEGINNING at a point on the east line of said SE' /4NE1/4, N00 36' -00 "E, 364.11 feet, from the
southeast corner thereof;
thence N00 36' -00 "E, 247.96 feet, along the east line of said SE1/4NE1/2, to the northeast point of
said tract in Book 668;
thence N88 56' -29 "W, 331.62 feet, along the north line of said tract in Book 668, parallel with the
