Marlin D. Linde and Sandee E. Linde, husband and wife, GRANTORS, in
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from
GRANTEES, John M. Dinkel and Cynthia M. Dinkel, husband and wife, joint tenants with
rights of survivorship, conveys to GRANTEES, the following described real estate (as
described in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201):
Lot 19 20 of the Eiden Addition to the Town of Labarge,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as Described on the Official Plat, No
276 -A of the Schmid Addition and Eiden Addition to the Town
of Labarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
GRANTORS covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES that
GRANTORS:
(1)
are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from
encumbrances, subject to restrictions, reservations, easements of
record and existing encroachments;
(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and
(3)
warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful
claims of all persons.
