This Assignment is made without warranty of title, express or implied, except that Assignor hereby grants, to the extent it can, to Assignee the benefit of all previous warranties in Assignor's chain of title. The terms, covenants, and conditions hereof shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Assignor and Assignee and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns.
