ASSIGNMENT OF OVERRIDING ROYALTY INTEREST
That the undersigned ALPINE PROPERTIES LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, of PO
Box 21395, Billings, Montana 59104, formerly PO Box 7308, Sheridan, WY 82801, hereinafter referred to
as "Assignor for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey, transfer, assign
and set over unto the FOLLOWING ASSIGNEES, 100% of Assignor's overriding royalty interest in
and to the Oil and Gas Leases described on Exhibit "A" hereto, in all of the oil, gas, casinghead gas and
other substances produced, saved and sold under and by virtue of all those certain oil and gas leases and
property, covering lands situated in Lincoln and Sweetwater Counties, Wyoming, and being more
particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof:
If Assignor's interest in the above described Oil and Gas Leases and property is less than the
entire interest, or if said oil and gas lease and property covers less than the entire fee title, then the above
overriding royalty interest shall be reduced proportionately.
This Assignment is made without warranty of title, express or implied, except that Assignor hereby
grants, to the extent it can, to Assignee the benefit of all previous warranties in Assignor's chain of title.
The terms, covenants, and conditions hereof shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of
Assignor and Assignee and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Assignor has executed and delivered this Assignment of Overriding
Royalty Interest as of this 15th day of November, 2011.
