Turnbull, husband and wife, Grantor, of the County of Sweetwater, State of Wyoming, for
and in consideration of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Suntime, LLC, a
Wyoming limited liability company, whose address for tax purposes is 2140 North Dakota
Lane, Green River, Wyoming, 82935, Grantee, all of their interest in the following
described real property, situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 3 of Block 10 to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof, together with all buildings,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereto.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements thereon, and easements, appurtenances
and incidents belonging or appertaining thereto, or used in connection
therewith; subject, however, to all mining, mineral and other exceptions,
reservations, easements, rights of way, and conditions of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
