WHEREAS, Jean A. Tew, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Decision One Mortgage
Company, LLC its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the hereinafter
described real property by that certain mortgage dated October 25, 2006 (the
"Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of.the County Clerk
and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
October 27, 2006, at Reception No. 923815 in Book 638 at Page 416.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Morgan
Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2007 -HE4 Mortgage Pass Through Certificates,
Series 2007 -HE4

Assignment recorded: May 18, 2011
As recording information: at Reception No. 959330 in Book 766 at Page
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Morgan
Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2007 -HE4 Mortgage Pass Through Certificates,
Series 2007 -HE4, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage,
proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real
property on July 5, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the
front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue,
Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee
for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2007 -HE4 Mortgage Pass Through
Certificates, Series 2007 -HE4 "Successful Bidder made the highest and best
bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $128,250.00, and the
said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on July 5,
2011 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned
Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on
the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the
office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on July 5, 2011, at Reception No. 959936 in Book
768 at Page 835.;
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Wells Fargo Bank,
National Association, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust
2007 -HE4 Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2007 -HE4, 400 National
Way, SV 35, P.O. Box 10232, Simi Valley, CA 93065 -6298, its successors and
assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate
in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:

Series 2007 -HE4, its successors and assigns forever.
