DOES HEREBY CERTIFY, that a certain Mortgage bearing the date of the 12
day of August, 2010, is made, and executed between Spencer R Defty and Laura A
Defty, Husband and Wife; whose address is 32500 HWY 16, Woodland, CA 95695
(referred to below as "Grantor Mortgagor, to Cornerstone Bank, a Mortgage covering
and describing:
Unit Two (2) of the Thirty -one (31) RIGHT CONDOMINIUMS, as shown in the official plat thereof tiled on July 25,
2007, as Document No. 931570, as Plat No. 9311570, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, also
being a part of Lot Ninety -three (93) of the ALPINE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. ONE (I) PLAT TWO (2)
AMENDED-10 FILING AMENDED, as shown on the official plat thereof filed on .June 6, 2007, as Document No.
930105, as Plat No. 930105, as Plat No. 930105, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and further
defined and described in that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Thirty-one (31) RIGHT
CONDOMINIUMS, Lincoln County, Wyoming, created by Document No. 931569, in Book Six hundred -sixty -six
(666), on Page Seven hundred -fifty -seven (757), or as set forth in the related bylaws in any instrument creating the
estate or interest insured by this policy; and in any other allied instrument referred to in any of the instruments
aforesaid, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
and which said Mortgage was duly filed for record in the office of the Lincoln County
Recorder and for the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming on the 22 day of November,
2010 and said Mortgage being recorded as Document #956849.
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION OF EIGHT DOLLARS ($8.00) and other
good and valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, Cornerstone Bank does hereby certify that real estate described therein is
fully released from said Mortgage.
The Corporation executing this instrument is the present holder of the above
described Mortgage.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument was executed, signed and delivered by
