KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That John W. Fredrickson, in consideration
of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is
hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by
these presents does remis, release and forever quitclaim to DeAnn L. Fredrickson, a single
person, whose address is 340 East Birch Creek Drive, LaBarge, WY 83123, all right, title and
interest in the following described real property in the State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln:
That part of Lot 6 of Section 6, T26N, R112W, within the incorporated limits of the Town of
LaBarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming and being part of that tract of land of record in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 129 of Photostatic Records on page 252 described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of the northeast one quarter of said Section 6 found as
described in the Certified Corner Recordation Certificate filed in the said Office;
thence N8o °16'46 "E, 2188.67 feet to the southeast corner of the David- Decker Addition to the
town of LaBarge of record in the said office as Plat No. 155, the POINT OF BEGINNING, where
found a steel T- shaped stake 24" long with metal cap inscribed "SURVEY POINT DO NOT
DISTURB RLS164
thence Noo °12 "3o "E, 100.00 feet along the east line of said Lot 20 to the northeast corner where
found a 3/8 "x12" steel spike;
thence S89 °47'30 "E, 163.61 feet along the north line of said tract to the northeast corner;
thence So5 °23'48 "W, 104.29 feet along the east line of said tract to a corner;
thence S10 °59'18 "W, 36.78 feet along the said east line to the northeast corner of that tract of
record in the said Office in Book 217 of Photostatic Records on page 196;
thence N89 °47'30 "W, 147.29 feet along the north line of said tract to an intersection with the east
line of Birch Creek Drive of the said David- Decker Addition;
thence Noo °12'30 "E, 40.00 feet along said east line to the POINT OF BEGINNING
and
That part of Lot 6 of Section 6, T26N, R112W, within the incorporated limits of the Town of
LaBarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming and identical with that tract of land of record in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 175 of Photostatic Records on page 176 described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southwest corner of the northeast one quarter of said Section 6 found as
described in the Certified Land Corner Recordation Certificate filed in the said Office;
thence N8o °16'46 "E, 2188.67 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 20 of the David Decker Addition
to the Town of LaBarge of record in the said Office as Plat No. 155, where is found a steel T-
shaped stake 24" long with metal cap inscribed "SURVEY POINT DO NOT DISTURB RLS164
thence Noo °12'30 "E, 100.00 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot 20 where is found a 3/8 "x12"
steel spike, the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing Noo °12'30 "E, 100.00 feet along the east line of the said Addition to the
northeast corner of Lot 19 where found a 3/8 "x12" steel spike;
thence Noo °12'30 "E, 1.00 feet along the east line of Lot 18 of said Addition;
thence S89 °47'30 "W, 160.00 feet;
thence Soo °12'30 "W, 101.00 feet to an intersection with the north line of that tract of record in
the said Office in Book 217 of Photostatic Records on page 196;
thence N89 °47'30 "W, 160.00 feet along the north line of the said tract to the POINT OF
BEGINNING
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming.
