as Trustee Under Agreement with The Gomm Family Trust dated the
30th day of September, 2011, grantee, for the sum of Ten and 00 /100 ($10.00)
DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration, the following described tract of land
located in LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING more particularly described as:

The W1 /2NW1 /4, SE1 /4NW1 /4, NE1 /4SW1 /4 of Section 17 in Township 30 North, Range
118 West, 6th Principal Meridian, containing 162.05 acres, be there more or less.
ALSO, beginning at a point, being the Southwest Corner of the NW1 /4SE1 /4 of Section 17
in Township 30 North, Range 118 West, 6th Principal Meridian and running thence East
forty -three (43) rods to the right of-way of the State Highway; thence running in a
Northwesterly direction along the State Highway sixty -four (64) rods to a point where the
West right of-way of said State Highway intersects the West line of the NW1 /4SE1 /4 of
Section 17; thence South along the West line of the NW1 /4SE1 /4 of Section 17, sixty (60)
rods to the point of beginning, containing eight and one quarter (8 -1/4) acres, be there
more or less.
Together with all water and water rights, ditch and ditch rights, improvements or
appurtenances thereunto belonging or thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereunto.
Excepting and excluding from -the above described property the following:
BEGINNING at the Northeast Corner of Lot 4 (SE1 /4NW1 /4), thence S01° -21.9' W, 1291.66
feet along the East line of said Lot 4 to the Southeast Corner of said Lot; thence N15° -37.5'
W, 1339.42 feet to a point on the North line of said Lot 4; thence N89° -47.9' E, 391.52 feet
along said North line of said Lot 4 to the CORNER OF BEGINNING.
