described real property, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
PARCEL 1: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 30
North, Range 118 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract
of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 371PR on Page 529, being more
particularly described as follows: All of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 17, Lying and being situate westerly of the southwesterly right -of -way line of US
Highway 89
PARCEL 2: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 30
North, Range 118 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract
of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 371PR on Page 529, being more
particularly described as follows: All of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 17, lying and being situate westerly of the southwesterly right -of -way line of US
Highway 89. Note: This is to add the legal description in said Warranty Deed recorded
February 25, 2004 in Book 548PR on page 788 of the Lincoln County public records.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
