Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 371 of Photostatic Records on page 529, more
particularly described as follows: All of the North Half of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, lying and being situate westerly
of the southwesterly right -of -way line of US Highway 89, the basis of bearing for
this survey is the south line of Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 30
North, Range 118 West being South 89 °53' West.

Section 17, Township 30 North, Range 118 West of the 6 Principal Meridian,

Utah, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS and WARRANTS,
only against acts of itself and none other or against all claiming by, through or under it, to Teresa M.
Deaton Properties, LLC, a Utah Limited Liability Company, as to an undivided 50 interest,
Grantee, whose address is 9603 Glacier Park Lane, Sandy, Utah, 84092, the following described real
estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
particularly described as follows: All of the South Half of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, lying and being situate westerly
of the southwesterly right -of -way line of US Highway 89, the basis of bearing for
this survey is the south line of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 30
North, Range 118 West being South 89 °53' West.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent,
current taxes and assessments, reservations, easements, rights of way,
covenants, conditions, restrictions, zoning matters, liens, and encumbrances and
all other matters of record or enforceable in law or equity.
Grantor quitclaims without warrant all personal property currently on site.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has hereunto subscribed its name and affixed its
corporate seal, by its Authorized Agent, this 30 day of November, 2011.
