RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT
For value received, Eugene Johnson and Ruth Johnson "Grantor"), hereby grants to
PacifiCorp, an Oregon Corporation, d/b/a Rocky Mountain Power its successors and assigns,
"Grantee"), an easement for a right of way 20 feet in width and 373 feet in length, more or less,
for the construction, reconstruction, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, enlargement,
and removal of electric power transmission, distribution and communication lines and all
necessary or desirable accessories and appurtenances thereto, including without limitation:
supporting towers, poles, props, guys and anchors, including guys and anchors outside of the
right of way; wires, fibers, cables and other conductors and conduits therefor; and pads,
transformers, switches, vaults and cabinets, along the general course now located by Grantee on,
over, or under the surface of the real property of Grantor in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming
more particularly described as follows and as more particularly described and/or shown on
Exhibit(s) A and B attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof:

Together with the right of access to the right of way from adjacent lands of Grantor for
all activities in connection with the purposes for which this easement has been granted; and
together with the present and (without payment therefor) the future right to keep the right of way
and adjacent lands clear of all brush, trees, timber, structures, buildings and other hazards which
might endanger Grantee's facilities or impede Grantee's activities.
At no time shall Grantor place, use or permit any equipment or material of any kind that
exceeds twelve (12) feet in height, light any fires, place or store any flammable materials (other
than agricultural crops), on or within the boundaries of the right of way. Subject to the foregoing
limitations, the surface of the right of way may be used for agricultural crops and other purposes
not inconsistent, as determined by Grantee, with the purposes for which this easement has been
granted.
The rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be binding upon and shall benefit
their respective heirs, successors and assigns.

Power Line Easement #1
A strip of land twenty (20) feet in width, over, under and across the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section
2, T22N R116W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being ten (10) feet each side of the following
described centerline:
BEGINNING at a transformer pole N37 21' -21 "E, 577 feet, more or less, from the
southwest comer of said SW1/4SW1/4;
thence S78°-31'-21"W, 310 feet, more or less, to a utility pole;
thence S41 63 feet, more or less, to a position on the west line of said
SWV4SW /4; AND
Guywire Easement #1
A strip of land twenty (20) feet in width, over, under and across the SWY4SW %4 of said
Section 2, being ten (10) feet each side of the following described centerline:
BEGINNING at the above referenced utility pole;
thence N30 03' -38 "W, 35 feet, more or less, to a position;
the Base Bearing for this survey is the west line of the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 3, T22N
R116W, Lincoln County, Wyoming being N00 35' -54 "E;
that it is intended that this description describe the centerline of an electrical line and
guywire line; should it be determined that the position of the actual lines differs from that
described herein, the centerline of the actual lines automatically becomes the centerline of
this description and easement;
each "corner" found as described in the Comer Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each `position" is a calculated position with no monument found or set;
all in accordance with the attached exhibit titled, `EXHIBIT TO ACCOMPANY
