The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and ac~owledged, have remised, released, convey and forever
quitclaimed and by these presents do ~or my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and
forever quitclaim unto the said

heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand asI have,
ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
A portion of the NWhNE1A of Section 24, T32N Rll9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln county,
Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe set in the South line of a County Road 1639.28 ~et S 89051, W, and
33.00 feet S 0o09, E, from the Northeast corner of said Section 24;
thence S 0~09' E, 367.50 feet;
thence S 89051, W, 113.96 feet;
thence N 01034'30" W, 36T61 feet, along the west line of the land contained in
Warranty Deed to Bruce M. Davis and Betty B. Davis recorded in Book 145PR
on page 438 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk;
thence N 89051, E, 123.10 feet to the point of beginning.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Ted L. Barber
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right t0 title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
