Roger Linde, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and
other valuable consideration received from GRANTEES, John M. Dinkel and Cynthia M.
Dinkel, husband and wife, joint tenants with rights of survivorship, conveys to GRANTEES,
the following described real estate (as described in W.S. 1977 34 -2 -102):
